The Town of Taos Special Projects Division is responsible for managing many projects that fall ouside the scope of other Town Departments Standard Business Operations. These projects are very important to the community, and often involve several Town of Taos Departments or External Entities working to a common goal.

The town understands that many of these projects are important to the community, and that it is important to have dedicated oversight of these projects. The Special Projects department provides this oversight while freeing the other town departments to focus on their daily operational needs.
