RESOLUTION NO. 05-03

  

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE AUTHORITY FOR DESIGNATED BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE TOWN OF TAOS.

 

WHEREAS, the Town Council has appointed a new Town Manager and,

 

WHEREAS, the Town Council hereby authorizes the change of signature authority to Town Manager-Tomas Benavidez along with Mayor-Bobby F. Duran, Council Member-Frank J. Cruz, and Finance Director-Marietta S. Fambro to sign on the designated bank accounts of the Town of Taos.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN that the Town Council hereby authorizes the change of signature authority on designated bank accounts of the Town of Taos.

 

Duly passed, adopted and approved this 18th day of January, 2004.
