TOWN OF TAOS

RESOLUTION  NO. 2005-04

 

WHEREAS the Town of Taos has adopted its operating budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005 and,

 

WHEREAS the governing body of the Town of Taos, meeting in Special Session this 25th day of January, 2005 wishes to adjust its operating budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005.

 

NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved that the governing body of the Town of Taos, meeting in Special Session this 25th day of January, 2005, adopts this budget adjustment and respectfully requests approval from the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration to effect this budget adjustment.

Capital Projects Fund (51)

 

Expenditures and other Financing Uses:

Operating Expense - Wellness  $   7,000.00)

          Capital Expense - Miscellaneous Landscaping (new)   $   7,000.00

 

(To adjust the Capital Projects Fund, this Budget Adjustment Request will transfer from operating to capital to purchase new equipment for the weight room.)

 

General Fund

 

Revenues and Other Sources:

 Due From Other Funds (Air Services Grant)                                  $ 520,000.00

  

Expenditures and other Financing Uses:

            Due to Other Funds (Utility Construction Fund)                               $ 520,000.00

 

 (Temporary interfund loan from General Fund  to Community Grants Fund to allow for project cash flows for the Air Services projects.  This amount will be reimbursed from the DOT, State of NM, Las Cruces & Gallup.)

 Community Grants Fund

 

Revenues and Other Sources:

 Due to Other Funds (Air Services Grant)                                      $ 520,000.00

 

 

Expenditures and other Financing Uses:

            Due from Other Funds                                                                   $ 520,000.00
