RESOLUTION 05-12

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF TAOS, APPROVING THE SEPARATION OF THE BUILDINGS & GROUNDS DEPARTMENT

 

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos Council, met in a Special Meeting duly published on this 28th day of February 2005 at 1:30 p.m.; and

 

WHEREAS;  the Town of Taos wishes to separate the Buildings and Grounds Department;

 

WHEREBY; making of the Buildings Department and Parks Department under the Direction of the Town Manager of the Town of Taos; and

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Taos, Taos, New Mexico, that:

 

  1. The Buildings and Grounds Department be separated making the Buildings Department and Parks Department, departments under the Direction of the Town Manager.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN OF TAOS COUNCIL THIS 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2005 AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL.
