RESOLUTION 05-18

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TAOS COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO DECLARE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE DISPOSAL OF FIVE (5) TRANSIT VEHICLES.

Whereas, the Town of Taos Town Council recognizes the need to declare surplus and authorize disposal of five (5) transit vehicles;

Whereas, the Town of Taos is Lienholder on the Certificate of Titles;

Whereas, three of vehicles have exceeded the 100,000 mile mark recommended for vehicles;

Whereas, the Town of Taos Council recognizes the need for disposal of the following vehicles:

Now, therefore, be it resolved that; the Town of Taos Council adopts vehicle disposal as described.

Resolved:  this 19th day of April 2005, at the Regular Meeting of the Town of Taos Council, that this Resolution shall go into effect upon passage.
