RESOLUTION 05-20

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN USEPA AND THE TOWN OF TAOS FOR U.S. EPA ROUND 2 ARSENIC REMOVAL AT THE TOWN OF TAOS, NEW MEXICO

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos has received funding from the EPA for Round 2 Arsenic Removal, and;

WHEREAS, the Town of Taos Council has read and accepts the terms of the Letter of Understanding dated March 24, 2005.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Town of Taos, meeting in regular session that:  The Town of Taos accepts the abovementioned Letter of Understanding.
