RESOLUTION NO. 05-29

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND APPROVING THE TOWN OF TAOS ANNUAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR

2005-2006

WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the Town Council to review the Capital Improvements Program as part of the development of the annual operating budget and to plan for the future of the Taos community;

            WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that certain capital improvement projects are possible due to the availability of funds in the operating budget for fiscal year 2005-2006.

             NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Taos as follows:

1.       That the attached Annual Capital Improvements Program shall go into effective July 1, 2005

2.       The attached Capital Improvements Program shall be reported to the State of New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration.

3.       That the Town Manager is authorized to review and approve all expenditures under the Capital Improvements Program budget that are requested by the respective Department Heads.
