RESOLUTION 05-32

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TAOS COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO DECLARE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE TRANSFER OF ONE DUMP TRUCK TO THE VILLAGE OF QUESTA

 

Whereas, the Town of Taos Town Council recognizes the need to declare surplus and authorize disposal of said vehicle;

 

Whereas, there is a request to transfer 1987 GMC Dump truck to the Village of Questa which is no longer being utilized by the Town of Taos Public Works Department

 

Whereas, the Town of Taos is Lien holder on the Certificate of Title; and

 

Whereas, the Town of Taos Council recognizes the need for disposal of the following vehicle:

 

1987 GMC DT/7000 Dump Truck

 Now, therefore, be it resolved that; the Town of Taos Council adopts the vehicle transfer as described.

 

Resolved:  this 15th day of June, 2005, at the Regular Meeting of the Town of Taos Council, that this Resolution shall go into effect upon passage.
